PRESS RELEASE OPENING OF TWO MAJOR SPECIALIZED EXHIBITIONS:
AUTOTECH & ACCESSORIES 2026 AND CONS & TRANS 2026

Ho Chi Minh City, May 21st, 2026 – This morning, the 22nd International Exhibition on Automobile, Motorcycle, Electric Vehicles and Supporting Industries (Autotech & Accessories 2026) and the International Exhibition on Construction Machinery, Rail Transit, Specialized Vehicles, Technology and Transportation Infrastructure (Cons & Trans 2026) officially opened to visitors and buyers. The exhibitions will take place from May 21–24, 2026 at Saigon Exhibition and Convention Center (SECC), 799 Nguyen Van Linh, Tan My Ward, Ho Chi Minh City.

Following the success of previous editions, Autotech & Accessories 2026 and Cons & Trans 2026 continue to be held at the same time, creating opportunities for domestic and international businesses to access advanced technologies, strengthen connections, expand cooperation networks and improve competitiveness in two closely connected sectors.

With the theme “Elevating connection for future development”, Autotech & Accessories 2026 and Cons & Trans 2026 continue to affirm their position as leading international exhibitions in Vietnam for the automobile, motorcycle, electric vehicle, supporting industries, construction and transportation sectors. One of the key trade promotion activities is the Business Matching event. Organized throughout the exhibition day, the program provides a professional meeting space where manufacturers, distributors and buyers can easily connect with suitable business partners. Before the exhibitions opened, the Organizer had already received more than 1000 business matching registrations from over 300 buyers showing the growing demand for cooperation and networking within the business community. Through this activity, companies can expand their supply chains, optimize sourcing activities, establish long-term partnerships and even sign strategic agreements directly at the exhibitions.

A highlight of Cons & Trans 2026 is the seminar “Twin Transition in Vietnam’s Transportation: Green Technology Developing and Artificial Intelligence Application”. The seminar gathers experts, policymakers, business representatives to discuss and share perspectives and explore practical solutions for applying technology and artificial intelligence to address environmental issues, traffic safety, operational management and supply chain efficiency.

In particular, within the framework of Autotech & Accessories 2026, specialized activities continue to support and encourage creative individuals, organizations and startups. One of the most notable programs is Creative Day – a platform for the research and innovation community in the automobile, motorcycle and supporting industries. The program not only creates opportunities for networking and learning but also promotes innovation, connects ideas with real applications and supports industry development. This year, the Creative Day area features 16 projects, including 11 selected projects that will present at the forum “Develop innovation in Automobile, Motorcycle, Electric Vehicle and Supporting Industries”. The forum provides an opportunity for research groups to introduce their projects in detail and receive feedback from professional experts, helping them improve and develop their projects toward greater practicality and application potential.

In addition, the return of Smart EV Racing 2026 with an expanded scale promises exciting competitions. The event continues to be co-organized by the Organizer and Ho Chi Minh City University of Technology and Engineering. The competition not only creates an enjoyable and academic playground for students in related majors but also encourages young people to innovate, apply theory into practice, develop technical skills and nurture their passion for future automotive technology. This year’s competition features 24 teams from 15 leading universities specializing in engineering, technology and automotive mechanics in Ho Chi Minh City.

The 22nd International Exhibition on Automobile, Motorcycle, Electric Vehicle and Supporting Industries (Autotech & Accessories 2026) and The International Exhibition on Construction Machinery, Rail Transit, Specialized Vehicles, Technology and Transportation Infrastructure (Cons & Trans 2026) are organized by Asia Trade Fair and Business Promotion Joint Stock Company (ATFA).
