AP SAIGON PETRO Joint Stock Company was established in 2008. The largest shareholder is Ho Chi Minh City Petroleum One Member Limited Company, one of the leading producers of gasoline and oil and gas in Vietnam (100% state-owned enterprises, representatives are Ho Chi Minh City Party Committee Office; AP (Vietnam) Holdings Pte Ltd (Singapore) – one of Singapore’s largest lubricant production and trading companies and Tram Anh Production – Trading – Trading Co., Ltd.

There is a system of Cat Lai lubricant plant located in Cat Lai industrial zone, near the 25B axis of Saigon New Port; Capacity of 25,000 tons/year.

AP SAIGON PETRO Joint Stock Company specializes in manufacturing and trading with more than 300 types of lubricants: motor oil, automobile, boat oil and many kinds of specialized lubricants for complex industrial machines.

Every year the company produces more than 10 million litres of lubricants, distributed in 63 provinces and exported to Cambodia.

More than 100 types of lubricant products of various types for motorbike, automobile, ship, industrial machinery and equipment have been granted “Product Liability Certificate”.

In 2018, AP SAIGON PETRO is recognized in accordance with ISO 9001: 2015 Quality Management standards.

In addition, the General Department of Quality Measurement Standards through the Certificate of Suitability Center (QUACERT) issued “Certificate of conformity with National Technical Regulation QCVN 14: 2018 / BKHCN”.

The Research and Development Department is granted ISO / IEC 17025: 2005 certificate by ILAC. It is recognized as an international standard laboratory.
